The Elfrida Elementary School District ensures that all children with disabilities within
the boundaries of the district, including homeless children or wards of the State, children
attending private schools or who are home schooled, those who are in need of special
education and related services are identified, located and evaluated. Anyone interested
in receiving information about special education is encouraged to contact the Special
